District 300 expecting all buses working TuesdayApr 12, 2022 12:30 PM - The Durham Student Services bus company is telling Du Quoin school officials that they will be able to run all their regular routes on Tuesday, and everything should be back to normal, Superintendent Matt Hickam said Monday. Four routes were left uncovered on Monday (Chicken, Lion, prekindergarten and special ed) as several drivers refused to come back to work after their walkout last Friday, although most returned.

"I don't think we've figured it out by any stretch of the imagination, but it's been nice to go on the road these past eight days beating Johnston City, Anna-Jonesboro and Webber and we're going to be road warriors for the rest of the year playing at the Benton tournament," said Du Quoin Coach Shawn File.
