Longtime District 62 bilingual program director retiring
Jun 13, 2022 5:30 AM - A Puerto Rican transplant, Milagros Bravo was an instructional specialist at Des Plaines Elementary District 62 when she was asked to help set up the district's bilingual program. That was 20 years ago. Now, Bravo, 54, of Vernon Hills is retiring as the district's director of the English as a Second Language, bilingual, and world language programs.
