Dec 30, 2022 7:00 AM - Q: There is a dog walking area set up in our association to serve a large number of dogs. Bags and a trash can are provided for disposal of dog waste. The association's rules, and a sign posted at the dog walk area, instruct residents to dispose of dog waste.

State keeps record of who is in charge of nonprofit condos

I am her father, live out of state and am going through the probate process. I am trying to locate the condominium board to let them know of my daughter's passing and of a situation involving the occupant of her unit. However, I cannot find any information about the condominium board. Any suggestions?

Condo budget is more difficult in inflationary times

The association's reserve funds are low, but raising them under the guise of COLA is not right. What are your thoughts?

Stolen bike may be both a police and association matter
