The White Pines Golf Club in Bensenville plans to turn on the lights at its driving range beginning Friday night, July 1.

That's the day the driving range will extend operation until 10 p.m.

"There has been significant demand for lessons and for range time in general," says White Pines PGA Manager Andrew Godfrey, who manages the club. "We are pleased to be able to accommodate more golfers with extended driving range hours."

Lights were installed at the driving range in summer 2021 to allow golfers more access to the range.

The range has been open from dawn to dusk, and the lights extend that time until 10 p.m.
