Few performers can carry off a three-night residency in the Chicago music scene. For Michael McDermott, it's not just possible - it's a tradition. McDermott will light up the Hey Nonny stage Thursday, March 10 through Saturday, March 12. This will be the fourth year he holds a residency at the Arlington Heights music venue.

"We're thrilled to welcome Michael back to our venue," said co-owner Chris Dungan. "Being able to present a performer of this caliber is what we envisioned when we launched Hey Nonny in 2018. His huge following comes out in force because he's able to connect with the audience in a big way in Hey Nonny's intimate performance room."

Drawing critical acclaim wherever he goes, McDermott burst onto the scene in 1991, and through several decades worth of musical and personal experiences, has continued to evolve and produce exceptional music that cuts through genres. Often compared to Dylan and Springsteen, and lauded by Rolling Stone, The New York Times, and even author Stephen King as "possibly the greatest undiscovered rock and roll talent of the last 20 years," McDermott continues to craft lyrics and melodies that are hard to shake once heard.

All three Michael McDermott shows at Hey Nonny begin at 7:30 p.m. and tickets are going fast.

"Michael is a unique talent whose honesty and deeply personal style are surpassed only by his musical and vocal talents," said Dungan. "Seeing Michael McDermott perform live should be on every music fan's to-do list. We can't wait to have him back on our stage."
