Sylvia Mroz of Bloomingdale was honored with a lunch hosted by Ted and Eva Morawa and Rich and Lorette Malek, owners of Tech-Max Machine Inc. in Itasca.

Regent Linda Herff from the Daughters of the American Revolution, Martha Ibbetson Chapter, of Elmhurst, presented Mroz with an award or exceptional volunteer service for creating over 3,000 hospital grade masks to protect healthcare worker in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic.
