Baird & Warner, Illinois' largest family-owned independent real estate services company, has announced the rollout of a new sophisticated, multifaceted support system called Baird & Warner balance that pairs agents with myriad on-demand services to make their day-to-day lives easier -- from help with managing listings and social media to support with administrative needs and sales contracts through closing and beyond.

Through the new system, the firm's agents can delegate tasks to highly trained Baird & Warner specialists as well as fellow licensed agents -- who are the best in their field and dedicated to helping them create a better work-life balance while achieving their business goals.

"Baird & Warner has long prioritized providing tools and resources that both support and empower agents by making it easier to grow their business. With homes selling faster than ever, we wanted to offer agents more assistance with daily tasks so they're in a prime position to nurture leads to keep pace with today's market," said Laura Ellis, president of residential sales and executive vice president of Baird & Warner. "Returning calls, scheduling walk-throughs, filling out paperwork, data entry, social media marketing and booking photo shoots can stack up and often don't reflect the highest and best use of our agents' time. Baird & Warner balance brings focus and strategy to what can feel like a juggling act.

"Plus, there is immense comfort and assurance in knowing that the person helping you grow your business is another Baird & Warner agent or a highly trained specialist. There is no outsourcing of work to people who aren't on the same team or aren't in the same market," Ellis added.

The following services are exclusively available to the brokerage's agents through the internal Baird & Warner balance website:

Broker Support Team

Through the Broker Support Team, agents can find an array of services on the buyer side -- such as assistance with showings, home inspections or final walk-throughs -- and the seller side, including appraisals and professional photography. Those taking advantage of the Broker Support Team will be paired with a licensed and certified Baird & Warner agent who can help manage and schedule tasks only a licensed agent can handle.

Contract Care

Baird & Warner agents can order the Contract Care package to work with contract specialists trained to handle every detail of the process -- from executed contract to closing. A Baird & Warner specialist will take the contract process off an agent's plate and coordinate lenders, attorneys, home inspectors, specialized contractors and more.

Get Social

Through the Get Social package, marketing experts will provide a social media presence and help agents engage with existing and potential clients. They'll leverage a variety of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, to help generate more business.

Listing Launch

Baird & Warner agents using the Listing Launch package simply need to fill out a form with all relevant listing information, and then their personal specialist can handle every detail, including paperwork, marketing, professional photography and more.

Luxury Listing Launch

For listings of $1 million and up, a listing specialist will help agents with everything from the traditional Listing Launch package, plus use tools and resources powered by Luxury Portfolio International, the luxury marketing division of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, the largest network of premier locally branded real estate companies.

"An agent's primary value to clients is their expertise, and Baird & Warner balance maximizes this value by shifting the model of service from all-in-one to one that's specialist-based," said Dean Rouso, Baird & Warner senior vice president of sales development. "At the end of the day, agents should be spending time providing advice and local market expertise, negotiating on behalf of their clients and being 100% available to help new and potential clients. We want them to focus on what they do best and entrust the marketing and paperwork to skilled teams who are eager to help them succeed."

"As one of America's top real estate coaches, I consistently hear that agents wish they had an assistant or a team to do some of the heavy lifting so they can focus on building their businesses and hitting their sales goals while having a life. I applaud Baird & Warner for proactively creating a game-changing suite of services that takes work-life balance to a whole new level. The creative 'team on demand' Baird & Warner balance solution provides a clear path to success for committed agents," said renowned real estate coach Tom Ferry.
