Attorney Lauren Weldon will discuss the differences between a last will and testament and a trust, as well as other matters, during the Estate Planning 101 program from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5, at Fremont Public Library, 1170 N. Midlothian Road, Mundelein.

The importance of having a power of attorney and how beneficiary designations can affect your estate plan are other topics to be discussed.
