2/3 part Hibiscus Tea
1/2 part Lemon Juice
1/2 part Lillet Rose (or Cocchi Rosato)

1/4 part Crème de Cassis

Glassware: punch bowl and rocks glasses
Sparkling Blood Orange Sangria
1 quart cranberry juice
1 pound cranberries, dried
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 lemon, peeled and diced to a 1/4 inch
7 ounces vodka, Bellow's
2 ounces pomegranate syrup
2 tablespoons Hiram Walker Raspberry Liqueur
2 ounces orange juice concentrate, Minute Maid
1 bottle of red wine or champagne
Place cranberry juice, cranberries and sugar in a sauce pot.
Heat up over high heat until it just starts to simmer. Do not let this reduce or boil off, just warm it enough to start to dissolve the sugar and plump the cranberries.
Once the juice has warmed up, remove it from the heat and chill in an ice bath. Stir this a few times to dissolve the sugar.
Once the juice has chilled, mix it with the rest of the ingredients. Stir this together very well to combine it all together.
Store it in the fridge until ready to serve.
Serves 4 to 6
For serving, pour 4 ounces of mixer into a glass and top with 6 ounces of red wine or champagne.
