2 avocados

½
firm plum tomato, diced small

¼
teaspoon white pepper

¼
teaspoon salt

¼
teaspoon onion powder

¼
teaspoon granulated garlic

1 teaspoon lime juice

Parsley for garnish

Slice avocados in half, running knife around the pit. Twist halves apart. With a sharp knife hit the top of the avocado seed, twist the knife and the seed will pop out. Scoop out avocado, reserving shells.

In a medium bowl, combine avocado, tomatoes, pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic and lime juice. Mash avocados slightly until guacamole is the texture you like. Scoop into avocado shells to serve. Garnish with parsley. Serves four to six.
