Candidates for Carol Stream village president discussed financial and quality of life issues in two separate conversations with the Daily Herald Editorial Board.

Frank Sevarino, a four-term incumbent, and Rick Gieser, a long-term village trustee, described their candidacies in one-on-one interviews.
