"The well-being of residents and peace of mind to their families is our top priority. Integrating tools and programs like our 3D virtual tour that further support creating safe and secure environment is something we're proud to offer."

In addition to their 3-D virtual tours, the new community offers leading edge technology like electronic key locks, that log all visits to a resident's apartment, HIPAA compliant mobile monitoring of resident care and services, and electronic health care record/call systems that help track the care and services of residents electronically while integrating all health functions seamlessly with staff care coordinators, primary care physicians and acute care providers to ensure the safety and security of residents 24/7.

Residents can also enjoy a variety of amenities and services that promote wellness and encourage a resident-driven culture, including: Community Life rooms, a theater, a state-of-the-art fitness room, an art studio, a salon and spa, restaurant-style dining rooms and a bistro, and the community's outdoor garden area.

"In response to COVID-19, we take pride in knowing that our proactive safety policies create a secure environment for both our community members and staff," Drosos said. "Cultivating a safe environment that focuses on wellness so that residents can continue to grow and thrive is and always has been our top priority."

Sitting on eight acres of land, the community offers 89 luxurious and spacious studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and companion suite apartment homes. Having officially opened in early August, the community's second phase will be dedicated to building an independent living neighborhood with an opening date yet to be determined.
