Do your neighbors call you "Griswold" this time of year? Do they mean it as a compliment?
If they haven't started already, homeowners all across the suburbs soon will be erecting their holiday displays. Some are content with a few strands of blinking lights. Others go all out with animatronic figures and synchronized music.
Where do you fall on the spectrum?
If you think your decorations are second to none, you should enter the Daily Herald's holiday lights contest. Simply upload a photo at dailyherald.com/contest/holidaylights. The winner of the competition, co-sponsored by Wintrust Community Banks, will receive a snazzy Toro snowblower.
