Beef and pork lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Oct. live cattle was off .28 cent at $1.2177 a pound; Sep. feeder cattle dropped .13 cent at $1.5427 a pound; while Oct. lean hogs fell .67 cent at $.9080 a pound.
