Constable: Homeless in suburbs depend on couple's deliveries

But Bill and Debbi Middendorp pull their Salvation Army van into the Prospect Heights parking lot prepared for a crowd. Soon, the regulars materialize -- homeless men and women who rely on the dropped-off food, water, clothing and blankets.
