Schaumburg Library Comic Con® returns on to Schaumburg Township District Library's Central Library on Saturday, April 15, with costumed characters, photo ops, crafts and activities for the whole family.

Groot, Grogu, Green Lantern -- and other superheroes that don't start with G -- they'll all be at Schaumburg Library Comic Con®! Costumes are encouraged, so straighten your cape, lace up those boots and join the fun at this one-day celebration of all things comics and pop culture.

 

The day's activities include:

• Photo ops with characters

• Jedi Academy

• Drawing with comic artist Gene Ha (1:15-2:15 p.m. only)

• Miniature painting

• Escape room (1:30-3:30 p.m. only)

• Airbrush tattoos

• Performance from School of Rock Schaumburg (1:15-2:15 p.m. only)

• Artist Alley with items to view and purchase from local artists

• Items to view and purchase from Keith's Komix

• Costume show (2:45 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.)

• Light saber craft

• Comic Con Bingo

• Mario Kart and Smash Brothers gaming (2:30-4 p.m. only)

All crafts and activities are available while supplies last.
