The 2022 Lake County Fair Queens attended "County Fair Day" at the Illinois State Fair on Friday, August 12, in Springfield, IL. The 2023 Miss Illinois County Fair Queen Pageant will be held in January 2023 in conjunction with the Illinois Association of Agricultural Fairs (IAAF) Convention. The pageant will be held at the Crowne Plaza in Springfield, IL, with approximately 75 contestants vying for the title.
