A concert for the season will be performed in the Wentz Concert Hall in Naperville.
The Youth Symphony of DuPage is dedicated to bringing advanced ensemble training and performance opportunities to talented young musicians from DuPage County and the surrounding area. It offers ensemble and chamber opportunities for students who wish to continue challenging themselves. Professional coaches guide students through their musical selections to help develop and refine their musical skills.
Their concert repertoires are drawn from the standard classical literature to advanced works. Ensemble opportunities are available for members to showcase their talents in smaller groups with performances at concerts and throughout the area.
Youth Symphony of DuPage offers an annual solo Concerto Competition giving the members of both orchestras the opportunity to master concertos and solo performance.
