Waukegan man identified as Gurnee shooting victim

A man who was fatally shot while riding in a car in Gurnee over the weekend has been identified as 22-year-old Daniel Lobo of Waukegan.

Lobo was shot in the back about midnight Friday while in the front seat of a vehicle near Waveland and Grandview avenues. The shots were fired from another vehicle, and the shooting may have resulted from road rage, Lake County sheriff's police have said.
