Honor for Palatine business owner Bob Kramer

Longtime Palatine business owner Bob Kramer will be honored at a Business Spotlight gathering next week to commemorate his nearly 40 years in business and his many contributions to the community since 1979.

The Business Spotlight event will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 24, in the banquet room at the Grand at Twin Lakes, 920 E. Northwest Highway in Palatine. Palatine Mayor Jim Schwantz is slated to attend and will present Kramer with a certificate of appreciation for his business. Kramer owns one of the longest-operating businesses in Palatine and has been known for supporting countless community events through sponsorships and donating services to schools and charities. The Business Spotlight will include an appetizer buffet, two drink tickets and cake. The cost is $10 per person, and registration is required by visiting eventbrite.com and searching "Kramer Photographers."

In addition to a downtown Palatine studio, Kramer owns Kramer Photographers locations in Naperville and St. Charles.
