Grains lower, Livestock mixed
Aug 16, 2022 3:04 PM - Wheat for Sep. was off 14.75 cents at $7.86 a bushel; Sep. corn fell 15.75 cents at $6.11 a bushel, Sep. oats was lost 18.50 cents at $4.4175 a bushel; while Oct. soybeans declined 39.75 cents at $14.94 a bushel. Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Aug. live cattle was up 1.55 cents at $1.4130 a pound; Aug. feeder cattle rose 1.60 cents at $1.8152 a pound; while Oct. lean hogs fell 4 cents at $.9657 a pound.

Aug 16, 2022 10:27 AM - CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mixed Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for Sep. rose 5.50 cents at $7.9550 a bushel; Sep. corn was off 4 cents at $6.1350 a bushel; Sep. oats was up 4.75 cents at $4.5475 a bushel; while Sep. soybeans lost 4 cents at 14.6025 a bushel. Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
